To whom it may concern, I am currently writing a thesis on public transport accessibility and well-being and, to do so, I need data on PTAL for the year 2017. I was given a FOI reference number (TfL Ref: FOI-3323-2223) however I can't access the request for some reasons. Would you mind giving me the data here ?

Thank you for your request which we received on 14 March 2023, asking for PTAL data from 2017.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. We only have PTAL data for 2015 and 2019, but not 2017.
