Dear Transport for London FOI Team, I hope this email finds you well. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information: 1. The total amount spent by Transport for London (TfL) on the purchase, lease, or rental of Tesla vehicles from 2016 to the present, broken down by year. 2. A breakdown of the purpose or department for which each Tesla was acquired or used. 3. Any additional costs associated with these vehicles, such as maintenance, charging infrastructure, or operational expenses, also broken down by year. If possible, please provide the requested information in a digital format, such as Excel or PDF. Should any part of this request require clarification or adjustment, please let me know, and I will be happy to assist. Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 January 2025 asking for information about Teslas.  

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

 

We do not hold the information you require. TfL currently does not have any Tesla vehicles and has not leased or hired any previously.
