I would like to request the following information
In the month of February, how many times did the 284 bus to Grove Park Cemetery call at the stop named Catford and Catford Bridge stations?
Of those departures, how many were a) at or within 5 minutes of the scheduled departure time, b) between 5 and 10 minutes later than the scheduled departure time, c) between 10 and 20 minutes later than the scheduled departure time or d) 20 minutes or more later than the scheduled departure time

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11th March 2023 asking for information about the 284 bus route.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“In the month of February, how many times did the 284 bus to Grove Park Cemetery call at the stop named Catford and Catford Bridge stations? Of those departures, how many were a) at or within 5 minutes of the scheduled departure time, b) between 5 and 10 minutes later than the scheduled departure time, c) between 10 and 20 minutes later than the scheduled departure time or d) 20 minutes or more later than the scheduled departure time?”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which is provided in the attached spreadsheet. This shows the route 284 scheduled and actual departure times at stop Catford & Catford Bridge Stations for February 2023. Note that:
the file shows all trips scheduled, actual departure times and time variance in minutes.
any trips that were not recorded at the stops are marked with the reasons for loss.
route 284 is a High Frequency route and is managed to run at approximately equal intervals, rather than to adhere to the scheduled times.
