On the 25/10/2021 all euro 4 diesel powered cars and vans will have to pay a fee to enter inside the north/south circular. Q1. On what date do all euro 5 diesel powered cars and vans have to pay a fee from to enter inside the north/south circular. Q2. Euro 6 standard appears to start from september 2015. What takes president the date the diesel vehicle was registered* or euro 6. * many euro 5 vehicles have been registered after september 2015.
