Dear Transport for London,
In regards to Underground operational staff uniform (e.g. Customer Service Assistant), please provide information on how uniform allocation works.
1) Is uniform allocation based on a number of items, or their financial value? E.g. "maximum 10 items" or "maximum £100 worth of items".
2) Is such an allocation the same for everyone or does it differ per area/station?
3) What is that allocation per person?
4) When does this allocation reset itself?
5) Can staff ask their Area Manager to make an order above the allocation?
