You asked

Dear Transport for London, Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please give me the current designs, in as much detail as they exist, for the highways around the northern portal of the Silvertown Tunnel, including the re-aligned Dock Road, the Tidal Basin roundabout, and the extent of Riverlinx works on the Lower Lea Crossing. This should include details of pedestrian and cycle crossings, road markings, footways, cycle tracks, and shared use pedestrian/cycle areas. If they exist, please also provide any assessments for these designs under TfL's London Cycling Design Standards, or the Cycling Level of Service Tool in Local Transport Note 1/20. If these designs have not been assessed under these criteria, please explain why not.

Riverlinx have designed and are currently implementing a number of improvement works, as part of their contract to deliver the Silvertown Tunnel. These improvement works include a number of highways, active travel and landscaping improvements in and around the area of Tidal Basin Roundabout, Lower Lea Crossing Tie-In and the proposed re-aligned Dock Road. Details of the current design can be found in the attached drawings and Landscaping Report.

The Landscaping Report explains how the design has been considered against relevant standards, including the TfL London Cycling Design Standards (LCDS) and LTN 1/20. This builds on the basis of design which was provided by the Development Consent Order (DCO) and associated assessment and consultation. The DCO documents are published on the planning inspectorate’s website here:
