To narrow the scope of my failed request FOI-3051-2223.
I'd like to obtain the number of comments, complaints and/or issues raised about the design and accessibility of the Metrodecker EV manufactured by Optare/Switch Mobility, which are used for routes 23, & C3, and are operated by RATP Dev Transit London.
The date range for my request starts from 1 June 2022 to present day.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 March 2023 asking for the number of complaints/issues raised about Switch Mobility Metrodecker EV (electric bus) used on routes 23 & C3.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
A search of our Customer Service system has shown that during this period we received 43 complaints/feedback relating to the design or accessibility issues for the buses on routes 23 and C3.
