Thank you for your request received on13 March 2023 asking for information about Ultra-low Emission Zone (ULEZ) charges and penalty charge notices (PCNs).
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked:
1) How much money was raised from ultra-low emission zone charges in 2021/2022?

In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
3) When will the figures for 1) and 2) above be released for 2022/2023?
The information for 2022/23 will be published as part of our annual report which contain the TfL financial accounts. The Annual Report and financial statements with the board papers will be published online in July 2023.
