FOI request detail

Central line delays

Request ID: FOI-3321-2324
Date published: 24 January 2024

You asked

Please can you confirm the number of days in the last three months where there has been minor or major delays on the central line. Please can you confirm when these delays should be resolved and the service back to normal, as well as what you are doing to resolve the ongoing issues. [Received 22/12/2023]: Good morning. I want to know any time that the central line has not had good service. This includes when the status is Minor delays or major delays. Such as today would be a good example, As usual. Image attached for clarity. As you can see it says minor delays. If the service was working as it should, it would say “good service”. It is unacceptable to have minor delays and/or major delays for months at a time.
