Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 6 March 2019 asking for information about the DLR.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require, as we do not record the DLR’s performance in a way which enables us to answer your request.

We do hold information on the number of service affecting incidents occurring on the DLR network, and the location where each incident occurred, and the total number of trains affected, but this does not identify whether trains were delayed specifically between Beckton and Canning Town, nor whether the affected trains were in the 4pm to 6pm time range.

This information is recorded in Period performance reports, which show Departures (numbers of trains run compared to schedule) and Journey Times (whether they competed their end-to-end journey within a specified target time). If you would like us to provide these to you, please let me know, however I should advise that it would be up to you to analyse them to extract the information you are interested in.
