Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 March 2023 asking for information about opening notices for Old Kent Road.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked: Please could you provide me with a copy of any Opening Notices (street work notices) you have received at the location between 620 to 640 Old Kent Road London SE15 1JU. I would be grateful if you could check your records as far back as possible please.
Please find attached FOI data as requested for Old Kent Rd (USRN 225/01843).
Please note the following caveats:-
The data goes back to 1st January 2012
The data covers the whole of Old Kent Road (incl. 620 – 640)
Only streetworks ‘opening notices’ have been included (all licences; defective apparatus; s58 restrictions have been removed)
Only works started / completed have been included (all notifications at proposed; abandoned; potential status have been removed)
Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.
