Overground Service Reliability
Request ID: FOI-3309-1920
Date published: 29 January 2020
You asked
The delayed 12.51 was cancelled without explanation.
As I was standing on the platform the train went through without stopping and had passengers on it.
The previous service to Clapham Junction (12.37) was also cancelled. There were many upset passengers on the station whose next service was 13.08 meaning a 30 minute delay with no explanation.
Please investigate and provide me with:
1. The reasons for the cancellations
2. Response from London Overground management as you why they did not provide an explanation for the delay
3. A year on year service reliability for the Stratford to Clapham service which seems to be getting worse.
