Do cleaners that work in London buses have a recognised union? I'm presuming they don't? Who are the cleaning contractors working in London buses? I presume they are outsourced by bus operators? I am aware bus drivers union is Unite. But having ask cleaners they have said they don't have a recognised union. I am aware Cordant and Nationwide are cleaning companies but are you aware of any other? Which ones have union recognition agreement? Are all cleaners working in TfL's London buses receiving above London living wage? Would appreciate a response i am not worried about time frame so please take your time.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. I would recommend you contact the individual bus operators for this information. Although they are not subject to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act.

However we can confirm that sub-contractors are required by TfL to pay their staff above the London living wage.
