After reading a web page called Taxileaks it mentions a letter from Mr Leon Daniels of TFL to Mr James Thomas in connection to the Transport Act 1985. The letter was dated 30 September 2014 could you kindly provide a copy to me.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. Our data retention period is 7 years. Therefore we don’t hold the letter you have requested from 2014.
