Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 January 2025 asking for information about legal costs paid to or owed to TfL.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You specifically asked:  Please provide me with the amounts of monies owed to, or paid to TFL by claimants/appellants resulting from 

 

(1) A10/Bishopsgate case

 

(2) Transopco licence appeal case

 

We do not hold the information you require. This is because the costs have not yet been assessed by the Court nor agreed between the parties.
