Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.  

TfL makes data freely available under an open data licence; the link to our Open Data pages is here: Open data users - Transport for London. This data can be accessed by any individuals, companies or developers. There is no specific data partnership with Gett, MyTaxi, Uber or Viavan and TfL does not receive data from Gett, MyTaxi, Uber or Viavan.

There may be occasions when we are required to seek and obtain specific driver information in our capacity as regulator of London’s taxi and private hire industry from some of the companies referred to. For example in instances where we are investigating a customer complaint relating to a licensed taxi or private hire driver and need to ascertain more information surrounding the complaint to determine what, if any, enforcement action is required. However, there are no instances of data sharing outside of our regulatory function.
