Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. TfL does not hold the requested information, as explained below. Specifically you asked:

We note that a breakdown of costs for the works at Harrow on the Hill was provided to you in our response of 12^th February 2019, reference FOI-2965-1819. It is not entirely clear from your latest request what further breakdown of costs you are after. TfL does not have a contract in place for two lifts and one walkway at this station, and so cannot provide information on that basis – in essence, this would require us to put together a commercial estimate for a piece of work that does not exist in reality. The main contract for the works at Harrow on the Hill has been awarded on a lump sum basis, and it is highly unlikely that we could reliably break out the costs for more detailed individual elements.
