We answered

TfL Ref: FOI-3218-1819

Thank you for your email received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20 February 2019.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act our information access policy.  I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

From Heathrow Airport /Hayes to Paddington and Liverpool St.to Shenfield although they are still branded as TFL Rail

I would like the same information for those stations that have TFL Rail interchanges

As I explained previously none of the required items are available for Elizabeth Line as they haven’t been created yet. You also asked for “notes made on the subject or draft copies of any diagram that shows the design and colour of the Elizabeth line interchanges and it s impact on existing publicity” for 2018. Please note this is not available for TfL Rail as it has been around for a few years and we do not hold any notes for 2018.

Please find attached artwork for bus posters, car line diagrams and train maps for TfL Rail.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely
