Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14 January 2020 asking for information about London Overground services from Highbury & Islington to West Croydon since the implementation of the new timetable in December 2019.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Please see below table showing how many Highbury & Islington to West Croydon services have been 1) cancelled or terminated at New Cross Gate, and 2) diverted to Crystal Palace, between 15 December 2019 (when the new timetable was introduced, although it should be noted that the changes only affected the North London Line) and 14 January 2020.
