Your questions are answered in turn below: Question 1) The average time interval between 493 buses leaving from Richmond to Tooting St George's Hospital since the start of 2023, between the hours of 7am and 7pm (the actual number of journeys made rather than the number of journeys planned or the number of journeys scheduled). And; Question 2) The percentage of 493 bus journeys that completed the full journey from Richmond to Tooting St George's Hospital since the start of 2023 between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Answer: Please find the requested data in the attached spreadsheet (you may need to expand the width of some columns to read the data in full). This shows all operated and lost trips for route 493 between 01 January 2023 and 30 November 2023. Operated trips are shown as observed departure times at each stop. All missing trips segments are marked as “Operated, no time available” or “Lost due to ###”. From this the proportion of fully operated trips can be calculated.. Question 3) The number of drivers of the 493 bus who have been reported to either TfL or the police as a result of their driving on the route since the start of 2023. Answer: Our Customer Services team report that since 1 January 2023 TfL has received 135 communciations about drivers on route 493.
