Can you please provide me with a full list of companies that offer TfL employees discounts, money off offers or gratuities via the MyTfL site/system.

Thank you for your request received on 19 February 2019 asking for information about myTfL.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

myTfL is an online platform for TfL staff to access offers and discounts from various retailers in a range of sectors. The myTfL platform is currently operated and managed by Reward Gateway UK Ltd. (RG). RG are entitled to enter into agreements to offer discounts and any retailer with a national reach can potentially be featured on the platform. RG enter into such agreements without TfL’s prior consent and they negotiate discounts for all their clients which then appear on all clients platforms. RG do not advise TfL as to the identity of retailers which they are considering for inclusion on the platform. RG send an automatic notification to TfL when it adds new offers and although TfL can withdraw those offers from view on myTfL it does not do so customarily.

Attached is a list of companies that as at 20 February 2019 supply staff offers and discounts via our myTfL benefits platform. Offers and discounts are subject to change without notice and the list changes almost daily and is never static.

In addition we have a range of exclusive offers for TfL employees, which are not part of the general myTfL discount platform offered by the 3rd party provider. These are negotiated / arranged directly between the retailer / merchant and TfL. These are again subject to change, the TfL exclusive current offering includes:
