Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 February 2023 asking for information about our software annual spend.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked: TFL Software Costs (annual): Can you please let me know how much TFL spends on the following software applications?
CCF P2 P2 Tornado TMIS
CCF - we do not have any live contracts relating to CCF. P2 - this is not used within TfL P2 Tornado – this is not used within TfL TMIS - We had one contract with Probrand to provide TMIS, relating to the Control Centre software for the Elizabeth line. The contract commenced on the 8th January 2018 and expired on 7th January 2023. The contracted sum per annum was £43,500. In addition there was an allowance of £32,500 to cover headroom growth The total original contract value was £250k over 5 years.
