Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
The total cost of the initial installation of phase 3a The total construction cost of the Temporary C9 scheme built in 2020 on Chirwick High Road between Heathfield Terrace and Goldhawk Road was £600k. We do not hold information on the separate costs for the section 3a.
The cost of subsequent changes to those elements of phase The total construction cost for the upgraded temporary scheme on Chiswick High Road between Goldhawk Road and Chiswick Lane completed in 2022 was £3.1m. The estimated cost of phase 3b The estimated construction costs of the upgraded temporary scheme on Chiswick High Road between Chiswick Lane and Heathfield Terrace completed in 2023 is £656k. The costs are due to be finalised in the coming weeks.
