You asked

I received the CDs on Friday of last week as promised - thank you. I have noticed that a majority (361 out of the 495 files) of the TfL Rail / Elizabeth Line announcements on the CD appear to be corrupted or are generally not playable. I have tried troubleshooting such as using multiple PCs and music reader programs, as well as copying the files from the CD to a hard disk drive without success. I have attached a typical error message received when trying to open explaining the files being potentially corrupted. I have prepared the attached Microsoft Excel file that categorises the working and non-working filenames into two Excel tabs. Please could I ask that you provide me with a copy of these 361 non playable files please listed within the Excel document? Please note that the remaining iBus, Trams and London Overground files appear to all play with no issue. Please let me know if you like me to return the CD with these non-playable files to you beforehand to confirm that it is not an issue 'my end', and if so the best address and contact details to use for postage.
