Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 November 2023 asking for information about Victoria Coach Station’s rental retail income.  

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold some of the information you require.

In the period 2023/24, Victoria Coach Station retail unit income is forecast to be £959,706.23. Some of the rents are calculated according to the tenant’s turnover.

We are unable to provide a calculation for profit sharing at Victoria Coach Station specifically as this is a centralised figure.
