Request ID: FOI-3083-1920
Date published: 21 February 2020
You asked
Clarification:
Dear FOI,
1. Could you provide how many "pieces" of Oyster Cards that people refunded from 2010 till the latest recorded date?
2. And since there are different kinds of Oyster Cards, can they all be refunded when they are no longer needed? or it's just for normal Oyster Cards?
If they can be refunded, could you list out how many "pieces" of them are refunded in 2010 till the latest recorded date?
3. Since some of them might not be able to be refunded, could you provide how many "pieces" of "normal Oyster Cards", "Discounted, photoed Oyster Cards", "Visitor Oyster Card" and "The London Pass" did people get from 2010 till the latest recorded date?
Could you provide the statistics of the refunded Oyster Cards in the recent years? If possible, could you list out how many types of Oyster Cards and how much they are refunded each year?
