The total number of Congestion Charge fines issued since 2014.

Appeals against Congestion Charging PCNs are heard and dealt with by London Tribunals, formerly known as the Parking and Traffic Appeals Service. Their annual reports detail the number of appeals heard, the number allowed and refused and details the reasons why. Full details are available on their website at:
