PHV trip data
Request ID: FOI-3019-1819

You asked
Good afternoon
I note that as part of Uber's appeal against the loss of their License for London, they offered to furnish TfL with trip data. can you confirm you hold such data?
see this article for example -
https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2018/mar/15/uber-offers-to-share-journey-data-with-london-city-planners
If you do hold it, could you please make this available? Perhaps you can provide it just with pick-up and drop-off postcodes, to anonymise it? time of pick up / drop off etc would be useful. All trip data that you could provide please.
If you hold this for other PHOs, I would like to see this too.
Secondly, for a previous trip data FOI request (prior to Uber losing their license) you provided "Taxi and minicab Customer Satisfaction Survey Quarter 3 2014/15".
Could I please see the latest version of this, if it is still carried out, or whatever other data you might have which answers in as quantitatively a way as possible the points raised in the survey.
Many thanks

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. We don’t hold trip data such as start/pick-up and destination/drop-off postcodes.
Secondly, for a previous trip data FOI request (prior to Uber losing their license) you provided "Taxi and minicab Customer Satisfaction Survey Quarter 3 2014/15". I can confirm that this is the latest version we hold.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
