Request for summary of total earnings from PCN of yellow box offences at Isle of dogs junction
Request ID: FOI-3010-1819
Date published: 05 March 2019
You asked
Hello,
I recently recieved a PCN for entering a yellow box at East India Dock Road / St Leonards Road East Box.
For reference this was on the 29/01/2019 at 18.40 during a very busy time for traffic.
I have paid this notice however I feel the junction is fundamentally flawed in design resulting in unfair charges and expectations on drivers to calculate the size of their vehical to fit a gap between two box's which are one after another.
This request is for full disclosure of total value from PCNs of this type for this box junction for the past 4 years at least and details of any quantities of appeals and complaints in relation to this junction and penalties of this type.
