Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27th March 2022 asking for information about the “General Manager” salary at TfL.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“What is the average general manager salary and do all graduates through the graduate scheme get a job offer at the end of the 2 years training.”
It is not entirely clear what roles you are referring to by way of reference to a “general manager”. However, that said, note that TfL proactively publishes the salary ranges of all roles earning over £50k per annum on our website here:

In relation to your second question - “...do all graduates through the graduate scheme get a job offer at the end of the 2 years training?” - the answer is that all graduates are employed on a permanent contract from day one of their training, and all are offered a substantive position within the business on completion of their graduate scheme.
