Tripping hazard complaints on Pelican Crossing A10

Please could you forward me the number of complaints, notices, tripping and falling incidents on the Pelican crossing junction of the A10 in South Tottenham. N15 4RR.
I would like to have information pertaining to any slips and falls including injuries if any sustained at the crossing at this pelican crossing. Please note the address details is what comes up on the TFL report this website. N15 4RR.
This crossing goes across the A10/High Road from one side to the other just after the Phillip Lane junction. Situated outside a few shops on the left including Alex BG and News and Wine, with the Old well monument on the opposite side, a bus stop and a green.
I would like to request for this information over a period of 2years from my initial request.

Thank you for your request which we received on 27 November 2023, asking for complaints of tripping / falling at the crossing of the A10/High Road, near Phillip Lane, N15 4RR.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
We’ve located two complaints concerning people falling/tripping at this location in the last two years, one from April 2023 and the other from November 2023.
