I wanted to know what the cutoff off level is for cannabis in a urine test. This information has been previously requested from another source which you answered (TfL Ref: FOI-2231-2021). You stated the cut off was 15ng/ml. You claim to be following EWDTS guidelines yet their cutoff states 50ng/ml. Can you explain this?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 November 2023 asking for information about the cut off for urine tests.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. 50ng/ml is the screening point of care test cut off. If the point of care test is not negative full analysis of the sample follows at the lab and the cut off for this is 15ng/ml
