Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 25th March 2022 asking for information about 52G contraventions by rented cars in the Rotherhithe Tunnel.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Can you please provide figures for when a PCN contravention code: 52G in the Rotherhithe has been issued for drivers of RENTED vehicles in 2021?”
I am afraid that TfL does not hold the requested information. TfL does not require a distinction between rented and privately owned vehicles for the administration of our Road User Charging schemes and the systems we use to monitor compliance do not capture this information.
