You asked

To whom this may concern, from circa 2008 to circa 2011, the website "dothetest.co.uk", hosted Flash files which were Selective Attention Tests. Is it possible to send these Flash files to me? The only information regarding these Flash files I have been able to collect is this image I have attached and these Youtube Videos whose links have been provided below. > >> > >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cd63P54PaI > >> > >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ahg6qcgoay4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rz-ph32CnJA > >> > >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubNF9QNEQLA > >> > >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64T319-PhDI And: > To the FOI Case Management Team, I believe this information I seek is related to TfL, as the website "dothetest.co.uk" was part of a TfL campaign for cycling safety. I am specifically requesting for the Adobe Flash files which were Selective Attention Tests which was once present at "dothetest.co.uk", from circa 2008 to circa 2011. Here are the links I have provided in the earlier email https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cd63P54PaI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ahg6qcgoay4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rz-ph32CnJA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubNF9QNEQLA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64T319-PhDI. And: If the links in the previous email don't work try these links > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cd63P54PaI > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ahg6qcgoay4 > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rz-ph32CnJA > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubNF9QNEQLA > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64T319-PhDI And: To the FOI Case Management Team, I have found an official TfL source which may help you in finding these Adobe Flash Files as the source mentions "dothetest.co.uk" and the related TfL awareness campaign. It is present at this link "https://content.tfl.gov.uk/smartmoves-february-2009.pdf", on page 14. Regards

TfL Ref: FOI-2973-2324

Thank you for your request, detailed below, received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16th November 2023.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

I have been in liaison with colleagues in our Marketing team and I am afraid that after all reasonable searches of their records they have been unable to locate any such files. We therefore conclude that TfL does not hold the requested information. I am further informed that, in any event, given the passage of time the copyright for this work no longer sits with TfL. Therefore, even if the files do exist (and there is no indication that they do) we would be unable to provide them.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely,

David Wells
