Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:

Reason for curtailment of PV installation works on the Victoria line south of Warren Street station. Please provide copies of the documented and justified reasoning for the curtailment, in December 2017, of the works described in summary. What works were taken to transition the curtailed PV installation to the existing trackform to minimise noise and future maintenance?

The Pandrol Vanguard (PV) installation site between Oxford Circus and Warren Street was not curtailed. There was an initial installation (please see meterage in the table below) completed in January 2017. Due to more complaints further along the section, the site was extended by 80m to cover this. This was the full scope of the installation. Please see a copy of the attached email from July 2017.

Due to multiple factors, including noise from roads and increases in airborne noise it was decided that further installation of PV was not an appropriate solution.
