Please can you provide me with copies of any correspondence with DfT, Network Rail or Greater Anglia regarding the introduction of the new train service from Meridian Water to Stratford. I note that under the Greater Anglia Franchise Agreement of August 2016 this service is due to be 2 trains per hour all day and was expected to start Dec 2018. Please advise when the service is expected to start and provide a copy of the exact times the trains are expected to run. I would like you to cover the last six months

We have had no correspondence with the DfT, Network Rail or Greater Anglia on this subject in the last six months. We also do not hold any information regarding the start of the service and train times.

The DfT and Network Rail are the organisations who are directly responsible for this scheme.
