Train failures on the Tfl Line class 345 trains
Request ID: FOI-2947-1718
Date published: 25 April 2018
You asked
Please can you provide me for the time the new TfL rail trains class 345 made by Bombardier UK have been in service on the route from London Liverpool Street to Shenfield the number of faults that have occurred on these trains, if you can detail this by the train number and type of fault.
We the users of this service are getting tired of the service and continuous train faults during peak hours since these new trains were introduced, I have requested from Bombardier and TfL on their twitter accounts to know but without reply.
If you can reply with this information please that would be great.
Thanks.
