1. Which Authority is responsible for the Operation and maintenance of each crossing ?

TfL is not responsible for every road crossing over the Thames from Woolwich to Teddington. Therefore we do not hold information on those which TfL does not own or manage.  

Please see listed below all the road crossings (bridges and tunnels) from Woolwich to Teddington for which TfL is responsible for maintaining the asset.

2)  What is the annual financial cost of each crossing ?

Our annual maintenance budget covers all our assets on the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN) therefore it is not possible for us to define the maintenance budget for each of the crossings. Overall TfL spends £5.7m on the maintenance of tunnels and structures and this is split into three categories of lump sum (£1.58m), ordered maintenance (£1.38m) and inspections (£2.8m). The budget maintains our entire stock of 1, 691 structures.

3)  Who is responsible for providing funding to satisfy those costs ?

TfL covers the cost.
