I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked: 

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding instances of flooding on the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) that have caused train delays or disruptions. This information is required for a research project focusing on the relationship between flood risk and train service performance.

Dates, times and locations of all recorded flooding on the Elizabeth line. Please include any metrics used to classify them.

Details of train delays or cancellations attributed to these flooding incidents, including the duration and extent of disruption.

Copies of or references to any internal studies, reports, or assessments conducted by TfL or associated contractors regarding flood risk and its potential impact on the Elizabeth Line.
