Could you please provide me with information about the number of vehicles entering the London Congestion Charging area (Total valid congestion
charges) for 2019 and advise me of the number of London residents entering the area that were eligible for the discount charge for 2019?
As with the previous couple of years, I have attached a copy of the email and information provided last year so that figures for 2020 can be on the same basis.
