There is a dramatic decrease in the cost to the Taxpayer after 2020, from £12.6m to £1.7m - why did this happen.
Further, I just wanted to confirm the operation of Santander Bikes operates as a loss?

This decrease was due to an increase in income as more customers took to the scheme for leisure purposes during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a reduction in operational expenditure.
Further, I just wanted to confirm the operation of Santander Bikes operates as a loss?
