Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
In answer to your first question, please see the spreadsheet attached. This provides the daily boarders on routes 96, 428 and 492 for each date between 1 January 2024 and 30 August 2024. This has been extracted from our ticketing database which captures Oyster and Contactless Payment Card usage. Due to a technical issue we do not hold data beyond 30 August 2024.
