How many non electric buses have been fined from the ULEZ scheme to day please

Our ref: FOI-2904-2324

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14 November 2023 asking for information on ULEZ fines.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.

TfL buses are ULEZ compliant and therefore would not be issued fines. Additionally, if you are referring to all buses that operate across London (not just under concession with TfL) we would not be able to provide this information as we cannot identify PCN’s issued to non-TfL buses without having the vehicle registrations as we do not record by vehicle types when issuing a PCN.
