Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10th November 2023 asking for London Underground station footfall data.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“I am hoping you might be able to give me the latest version of footfall data for London Tube Stations.”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
TfL proactively publishes data on entries and exits to all London Underground stations on the following page of our website:
If you click the box “Understood – take me to the reports” and then the box “Taps by station” you will be taken to the relevant data. You can choose individual stations from the list to the right of the page and set a date range (including a single day) using the “Travel date” tool at the top left of the page. You can use the “Entry / Exit” boxes near the top right of the page to see just entries, exits, or both combined.
In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
