Dear Transport for London, London Bus drivers operate routes under contract to TFL. Please provide any details you hold about entitlement to fostering and/or adoption leave, plus time off for care of dependants and any relevant policies relating to these for drivers of buses operating under contract to you. I am particularly looking for this information in relation to drivers working in Arriva routes in North London.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16 March 2022 asking for information about Bus Drivers Fostering & Adoption Leave.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you require. Bus drivers are directly employed by their respective bus operator, who set their terms and conditions of employment.

I am sorry we unable to assist you on this occasion.
