Thank you for your request received on 6 February 2023 asking for information about Ultra-low Emission Zone (ULEZ) exemptions.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
There are no approved retrofits available for petrol cars with a pre Euro 4 engine to be converted to Euro 4. Therefore no petrol cars have been marked compliant with the ULEZ on that basis.
