Thank you for your request which we received on 10 November 2023, asking for information about the Highbury Corner project.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:
1. The complete information on the consultation for the Highbury Corner project that was done in 2019 - including who was involved, what was asked, what feedback was given, what modelling was done on the impact of traffic on boundary roads, the role of Islington Council, decision makers, objectives, etc.
The Highbury consultation ran between 5 February and 20 March 2016. Please find the consultation document attached.
2. The follow up impact / monitoring reports you have done on the Highbury Corner project since it was completed.
We don’t hold this information. We’ve not carried out any monitoring reports since it was completed.
3. All of your Liverpool Road traffic data from the last 10 years.
Please find the attached traffic surveys from January 2013 (which shows the number of vehicles turning right from Holloway Road into Liverpool Road) & April 2023 (which shows all directions at that junction).
