Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9 November 2023 asking for the number of Gas Bi-Fuel greater London registered vehicles.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. However, we are currently unable to provide the information requested as TfL has recently received representations from a third party, which TfL is considering, that disclosure of this information would adversely affect their rights and that relevant exemptions to disclosure under the EIRs apply. The third party has alleged that the requested information would be exempt from disclosure under Regulation 12(5)(c) of the EIRs. TfL has, therefore, provisionally exempted the requested information from disclosure on that basis until the consideration of this matter is concluded.
