You asked

How many people were charger £9.50 on their Oyster cards to travel nowhere ( in my case to return to Northfields where I had started my journey ). I think it is important because when I asked for this money to be refunded I was ordered out of the station.

Thank you for your request received on 28 December 2017 asking for information about incorrect charges to Oyster cards.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and TfL’s information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. Oyster data is only stored in the format that would enable us to extract the requested information for eight weeks. As this time had elapsed by the time we received your request we are not able to extract this data.

Please accept our apologies that we are unable to assist you further on this occasion.
