You asked
I am enquiring as to whether you have got CCTV footage dating back to the 25/12/2017 for the bus lane on Queens Road, Peckham just before the junction of Consort Road, opposite the Police Station. I was involved in a road traffic accident and the third party was driving in the above mentioned bus lane before the collision occurred. He drove in that bus lane right and proceeded to undertake me as I made a left turn into Consort Lane. Many thanks for your help on this matter, I require any footage for my insurance company as the third party is disputing liability for the accident, I believe it is fraudulent

Thank you for your email received by us on 09 January 2018 asking for information about CCTV Footage of a car accident dating back the 25 December 2017 for the Bus lane on Queens Road, Peckham just before the junction of Consort Road, opposite the Police Station.


Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as we have checked with our CCTV Team and they have confirmed that no footage was captured from 13:15hrs to 14:45hrs on 25 December 2017.

Please accept our apologies that we are unable to assist you further on this occasion.
